Bridge St Electric offers a one-year warranty covering defects on any new and/or vintage items purchased. We will repair or replace an item at no cost to the customer within that time frame wherever possible. Some vendors and specific products offer longer warranties and those are honored per the details provided by the manufacturer.
Special ordered items may occasionally be out of stock at the manufacturer. ETA’s provided by the manufacturer are estimated delivery times only and may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control. Backordered items that have not been shipped from the manufacturer may be canceled for refund or exchanged for reselected items. Bridge St Electric strives to notify customers of backorders in a timely manner and to update expected delivery times as new information is provided by the manufacturer.
Special orders that have been placed but not yet shipped by the manufacturer may be canceled if addressed before any product is released. Any items received by Bridge St Electric or in transit from the manufacturer may be able to be returned, but are subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees.
An item damaged in shipment will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.
Any in-stock item at Bridge St Electric may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Sale items and custom pieces are not returnable but may be considered on a case by case basis. Special order items are returnable but subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees based upon the policies of the manufacturer. Items not in resalable condition or that have been damaged or modified may not be eligible for return.
Colors on the website are depicted as accurately as possible. However, computer monitors vary widely and we cannot guarantee that the color you see is the true color of any item.
